Hydraulic-Mechanical Whipstock KOGM

Application

The Hydraulic-Mechanical Whipstock KOGM is designed to provide necessary deviation of window mills and reamer mills from the axis of the main wellbore while cutting a “window” in casing.

It is also used for deviation of cutting and drilling tools while drilling an additional borehole in a well and further trip of a liner.

Construction

The Whipstock is used without the bottom-hole support. It is irretrievable.

It can be used in the working temperature interval up to 100°С.

To trip, set and cut “window” in casing in a single trip the whipstpck KOGM is used with Starting-Window Hydraulic Mill and Watermelon Mill. The Whipstock may be retrieved from the well by the Fishing hook KL or Die collar LKz.
